Sandeep is a senior technology leader with over 25 years of experience in managing technology and enterprise-wide transformation programmes for banking sector.
Currently, he is leading IBOR transition for Capital Markets business at Société Générale. Before Société Générale, he worked with Crédit Agricole, where he managed regional technology teams and built a global outsourcing programme.
Prior to his transfer to London three years ago, Sandeep has led teams with diverse cultural backgrounds in a variety of senior leadership roles in Tokyo and Hong Kong.

Dr. Simone Bohnenberger-Rich

Simone leads the financial services sector team at Eigen, providing subject matter expertise, user experience feedback and guiding the development of the firm’s NLP product. Simone is an expert on how advanced technology can be applied at scale within the front, mid, and back offices of FS institutions. Prior to joining Eigen, Simone was a consultant for Monitor Deloitte specialising in FS, TMT, and healthcare. She has also previously worked for McKinsey & Company and the European Commission. Simone holds a PhD from the LSE in International Relations focusing on international trade finance, and investment in emerging markets.

Brian currently drives Lloyd’s Loan Servicing and Agency input on IBOR Transition work stream. Brian holds positions on the LMA Operations Forum several RFR Working Parties, the ARRC Business Loans Working Group and in his spare time is a tutor for the Chartered Banker Institute, both in the UK and Asia, in Applied Business & Corporate Banking, Operations Management and Risk Management in Banking.

Structured finance professional with over 18 years’ industry experience, holding a degree in mathematics. Currently working in Wells Fargo’s LIBOR Transition Office as the International Lead. Previously held a Director position in the Loan Syndications and Risk Distribution department of the Corporate & Investment Bank in Wells Fargo Bank London branch, providing both secured and unsecured financing to international clients.

John O’Sullivan

John O’Sullivan joined the Group in 1997, performing a number of key roles in both the business and infrastructure areas. He spent seven years of his career with the Group in Hong Kong, returning to London in July 2007, and has performed the role of Global Chief Operating Officer, Markets, between July 2009 and December 2013.
John was appointed to the new role of Head of Regulatory Transformation within Global Banking and Markets on the 1st of January 2014 responsible for the implementation of the regulatory change agenda and providing thought leadership around changes required to Global Banking and Markets’ operating model and structure whilst the financial services industry is experiencing unprecedented change through regulation.

Emiliano moved to Deutsche Bank from Bank of America where he was a quant in Rates for 5 years. Emiliano graduated with PhD in Theoretical Physics from Oxford University. He then went as Lecturer at the University of Texas at Austin in Theoretical Physics. He was also a Visiting Scholar at California Institute of Technology.

Daniel is the SME to National Australia Bank’s Financial Benchmarks Project. Based in the UK branch he is advising on new RFR product development, Customer outreach and internal training and monitoring industry trends across London and New York. Daniel is a member of the Bank of England’s Cash Legacy Transition Task Force. Prior to working at NAB, Daniel has worked on a number of large scale regulatory and market structure change projects across major financial institutions.

Lena Young

Lena is Head of Audit for Liquidity and Non-Traded Market Risk, Treasury, GLG and Product Control, as well as covering the IBOR transition. She joined Credit Suisse Internal Audit in June 2015. Prior to CS, she was Global Head of Liquidity Reporting and Analytics in Barclays Group Treasury, responsible for all liquidity regulatory reporting to the PRA as well as internal reporting. Previous roles include European Treasury COO and European Head of Treasury Capital Markets at Morgan Stanley, and Market Risk Management at Mitsubishi Trust. Lena holds a degree in Economics from Stockholm School of Economics, majoring in Financial Economics and Econometrics.
